Marrakech has rapidly become a destination for "foodies" and there is now an enormous range of choice. We have many high end experiences and many more good value budget restaurants.
But here at the new Nomad restaurant we have something a little different. Those who know Terrasse des Epices will be familiar with the format as the owners of Nomad are the former owners of Terrasse. They have retained the unique Le Jardin and the famous Cafe des Epices (opposite Nomad) to bring three destinations worth exploring.
The food on offer in Nomad is a fusion of Eastern and European and set in the heart of the souks the menu really works well. The majority of the seating is terrace based but there is a wealth of indoor seating should the Winter make terrace eating challenging.
We have slowly eaten our way through the menu and have now taken several friends to share the experience. It is mid priced, good value and offers a good casual experience. A worthy addition to the wide choice on offer in the city and just five minutes walk from the Riad.
They don't yet have a distinct web site but they are on Facebook
